We multiply, sum, optionally scale by cooked yield % (water loss), then divide by servings. Sodium and sugar fields are optional extras aligned with Nutrition Facts-style thinking.
Net carbs are not FDA-defined; this tool shows total carbohydrate first. If you subtract fibre manually, label that in your own notes.
