How to use

  1. Fill in your business and the customer so the quotation header is complete.
  2. Set quotation number, dates, and currency. Add an optional status label if you use internal workflow names.
  3. Use Add line for each product or service row. Enter quantity and unit price; line totals and the summary update instantly.
  4. Enter discount and tax as fixed amounts (not percentages). Adjust until the grand total matches your policy.
  5. Add notes and terms, then use Print or Export to share with your customer.

Frequently asked questions

Does this send data to a server?
No. Version 1 runs fully in the browser and saves to localStorage on this device.
How do I reset the form?
Use Clear all data to remove the saved quotation from this browser.
What if my numbers look wrong?
Empty or invalid fields are treated as zero. Use digits and at most one decimal point per amount.
