TDEE calculator
Enter your body stats once: we estimate RMR with Mifflin–St Jeor, multiply by a standard activity factor, and show TDEE. If you know body fat %, we also display a Katch–McArdle-based TDEE for comparison. For maintenance or deficit targets, continue to the calorie calculator.
Formula notes
TDEE ≈ RMR × activity factor (1.2 sedentary … 1.9 very active).
RMR defaults to Mifflin–St Jeor. With body fat %, lean mass can drive a Katch–McArdle RMR (370 + 21.6 × lean kg) shown as a secondary TDEE.
