Offline inventory dashboard
Run a local-first inventory workspace in your browser: Excel and CSV import and export, movement history with reasons, dashboard summaries, low-stock and reorder insights, and filters for category and supplier. Data stays on this device—no account required.
Inventory workspace
Edit rows inline. Use +1 / −1 for quick counts—pick a reason first. Direct quantity edits log as manual correction.
| Item name | SKU | Qty | Unit cost | Total value | Min level | Reason | Stock in/out | Category | Supplier | Last updated |
|---|
At-a-glance metrics for decision-making. Totals include all items unless noted.
Movement history and breakdowns. History is stored locally with your inventory.
Use Excel (.xlsx) or CSV for everyday backups and supplier sheets. Headers like Item Name, SKU, Quantity, Unit Cost, Min Level, Category, and Supplier are recognized automatically.
Template
Download a starter file with the correct columns.
Import
Choose merge (update matching SKUs) or replace all rows.
Export
Download your current inventory for Excel or other tools.
Advanced: JSON backup (optional)
For technical users: export or import the raw JSON snapshot. Prefer Excel or CSV for day-to-day use.
What this tool does
This offline inventory dashboard turns your browser into a small-business stock workspace. Each line keeps the identifiers your team already uses—plain-language item name plus SKU—while quantity and unit cost roll up to line and total inventory value. Minimum stock levels drive alerts and reorder suggestions. Stock-in and stock-out buttons capture quick adjustments with explicit reasons (received, sold, wasted, damaged, returned, or manual correction), and every change is written to a movement history you can audit later. Category and supplier fields power filters and value-by-dimension summaries. Excel and CSV import and export match how real teams swap files with suppliers and accountants—without treating raw JSON as the primary workflow.
Who should use it
Independent retail, food operations, workshops, and mobile vendors who want structured inventory discipline before adopting a full IMS. Owners reconciling walk-in stock, shift leads logging spoilage, and bookkeepers estimating on-hand asset value can all work from one local dashboard. Pair it with the purchase order generator when it is time to reorder, and the daily sales summary when you want to relate usage to revenue.
How to use it
Add rows for each SKU or download the Excel template to get started. Enter quantity and unit cost; totals update per line and across dashboard widgets. Set minimum stock to surface low lines in the banner and reorder panel. Choose a movement reason before using +1/−1, or edit quantity directly for manual corrections. Use search and filters to focus the table; dashboard metrics still reflect your full file unless noted. Export Excel or CSV regularly—your data stays local to this browser.
Example
A cafe tracks beans, cups, and syrup. Espresso beans sit below minimum— the banner and reorder list highlight them. Oat milk shows healthy quantity and value in the top-by-value list. One −1 on pastries with reason sold after lunch updates quantity, timestamp, and movement history without opening another app.
