Booking Policy & Confirmation Procedures
Official guidelines for requesting, confirming, and coordinating private chauffeur and cross-border transport with Vendora Transport.
1. Booking Request Submission
Requests are submitted via our official WhatsApp line (+973 3322 5954) or website form. Customers should provide pickup location, destination, travel date/time, passenger count, luggage details, and preferred vehicle type.
2. Reservation Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed once dispatch operations verifies availability and sends a written confirmation detailing assigned vehicle category, driver information, total quote, and payment terms.
3. Driver & Vehicle Confirmation
The assigned driver contact channel, vehicle category, and meeting details are communicated privately to the customer before pickup. Public pages do not identify a specific vehicle or driver.
4. Itinerary Adjustments
Any modifications to departure time, pickup location, or passenger count must be communicated to dispatch operations as early as possible to adjust driver schedules.
