Booking, Cancellation and Waiting Terms
This plain-language operational information helps customers understand requests, confirmation and changes. Journey-specific details are stated in WhatsApp during confirmation.
Booking request and confirmation
Sending a request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed after the operations team accepts availability, vehicle, price, time and meeting point and communicates that confirmation to the customer.
Vehicle and availability
Vehicle type and model depend on passengers, luggage, route and availability. Images are illustrative and do not prove that Vendora owns a vehicle or guarantee an exact model.
Changes and cancellation
Tell operations immediately about a date, time, location or passenger change. Acceptance of a change or cancellation and any amount due depend on the stage of journey preparation and the booking confirmation. Ask for the journey-specific policy before accepting.
Waiting and delays
Complimentary waiting time or waiting charges are not identical for every journey. They are confirmed with the booking. Notify the team as soon as a delay is known.
Airport and flight delays
Provide the correct flight number and send delay updates. Flight monitoring, waiting duration and meeting point apply only when expressly confirmed for the booking.
Children and child seats
State the number and ages of children. Child seats are available only on request and remain subject to availability and advance confirmation.
Cross-border travel
The customer is responsible for valid passports, visas, residency documents, travel permissions and eligibility to enter or transit each country. Vendora cannot guarantee a border authority's decision or crossing time.
Luggage and customer conduct
Disclose the number and size of bags and unusual items. Customers remain responsible for their belongings and for following applicable laws and instructions.
Payment
The payment method, timing and amount are confirmed for each booking through WhatsApp. Do not rely on a method or price before confirmation.
